Amanda Moriarty
Amanda trained in Architectural Glass in Bristol followed by a Post-Graduate Diploma at Central Saint Martins College in London. In 1998 she was awarded a two year Swash Fellowship in the glass department during which time she concentrated on discovering the potential of kiln-fired glass including fusing, slumping and casting.
She has undertaken many commissions for public and private buildings, working with architects, clients and the community. Some of these projects have also involved collaboration with schools, community groups etc in the making of the work. She teaches glass courses, and runs workshops and projects involving kiln-fired and stained glass
