Quintessential Soap

We are a small business based in the Cotswolds active in the making and marketing of high quality plant based soaps as well as in plant-centred workshops and educational initiatives. The seed of the company was planted several years ago while Jonathan developed the Soap Making work for Ruskin Mill College and the Hiram Trust.

Our standard range is available in 100g or 50g bars and scents available in Made In Gloucestershire include;

Calendula Comfort our most popular soap, which brings the sunny warmth of summer into a soothing and gentle soap that your skin will love. Whole and ground calendula petals are steeped in our own organic, sun-infused calendula oil. Scented with rose geranium essential oil.

Tera Rosa that combines the special qualities of warmth from ruddy rose hips, lavender essential oil and our own infused St. John's Wort oil. A soap to bring comfort and warmth at any time of year.

Rosemary and Time with the essence of rosemary and the secrets of time....it'll have you lingering longer in a refreshing herbal lather that both soothes and restore! Ground rosemary, rosemary and time essential oils.

Sublime with our lively mixture of cold-pressed avocado oil, pure lime essential oil and zesty spearmint oil. A sweet almond oil base makes this a mild and gentle soap.

Citrus Swirl combines zest and warmth in both colour and scent. Orange, golden yellow swirls enliven a pure white sweet almond oil soap base creating a refreshing and reviving soap.

Essential Spice -which is a holiday without the hassle. Take off to the spice islands with a luscious bath in a lather of orange and clove essential oils.

Cobal Stone another real favorite - and a gem of a soap! Sweet almond oil provides the base for a soap which captures the goodness of all of our range. The soap is studded with a mosaic mix of our various soaps. Scented with palmarosa essential oil - a must-try soap!
