Latest Openings At Gloucester Food Dock

2 November 2023 general

Gloucester Food Dock looks forward to more businesses opening within these last two months of the year.

First to open is Wholly Gelato on Saturday 4th November, followed by Bella Mia Pizza @ No. 1 and GreenDoor @ No. 1 following shortly behind!

Since 2018, Wholly Gelato has been treating Gloucester and the surrounding areas to incredible and ever-changing flavours. After starting in the farm shop in Elmore and now setting up a new business in Gloucester City, the family “are filled with excitement and nervous anticipation in equal measure”. Will said “we just feel so fortunate to be taking on a unit in such a beautiful and historic location”. With their aim to “expand upon the range of products currently sold from the farm, to create a more all-day offering” they will be adding exclusive food items such as Affogato, waffles and buns to their new menu!

Following Wholly Gelato’s opening comes Bella Mia Pizza @ No. 1 and GreenDoor @ No. 1.

Jamie Di Crescienzo & Jake O’Malley started Bella Mia Pizza 7 years ago and quickly became a must-have for events local and far. With VIP clients ranging from the cast of Made in Chelsea to the Greek Royal Family. Jake has said, “We have put a lot of time into creating a theatrical open plan kitchen, where you can watch your Neapolitan pizzas being cooked for you in our wood-fired oven”. “As for GreenDoor… Well, you’ll just have to wait and see."

With more openings set to follow through November and into December, be sure to visit on your way to the Winter Markets or Ice Skating to make sure you make the most out of every Christmas treat.
